• Action 2.1: Initiate formal Joint City-County Oversight Sessions with the Cheyenne City Council to address shared road, utility, and expansion issues.
• Action 2.2: Consistently exercise the County’s seat on the Joint Economic Development Board and utilize referral authority into the Wyoming Industrial Siting review process.
